"Perfect, elegant and harmoniously balanced. Maroon red and intense colour with a bouquet of black fruits. In the mouth very interesting, with a mixture of spices, vegetables and vanilla. A full body with a long finish."

D.O. CALATAYUD. This is one of the last denomination of origin in Spain and probably one of the best in the world. This wine ages between 12 months and 24 months in oak barrels. It was produced with Tempranillo (70%) and Garnacha (30%) grapes.

Tasting note:
"It produces large character of blackberry, raspberry, balsamic and spices. Very long finish with mahogany and coffee shades."

“The wine has evolved perfectly and it has a dark ruby colour with shades of orange. Its nose is persistent, full bodied and showing a lot of mature fruit, being dominated by the Tempranillo grape. Its taste is round, smooth, fresh, full-bodied and persistent.”
